About the role
Take the lead in building, optimizing, and managing advanced data infrastructure and analytics solutions. As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights for top-tier clients, enhancing decision-making, and driving smarter, AI-powered solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on technical work and strategic guidance. You will work closely with the data and BI team, lead development projects, and drive innovation in the analytics domain.

Your future responsibilities
In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring robust and scalable data systems while leading initiatives to improve data-driven decision-making.

Key tasks include:

• Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Implementing and managing data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Advising on and integrating advanced analytics tools, including machine learning models.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Leading customer engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3-5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
• Has a proven leadership background, with experience in managing a department, taking budget responsibility, and leading strategic initiatives.
• Brings a tech, data, or media background, with an understanding of how data is applied within the media industry—technical expertise is not required but is a plus.
• Has agency experience, ideally from a media or consulting agency, rather than a product-focused organization.
