About the role
A fast-moving tech-driven company is looking for a consultant to join their IT Operations team as an IT Operations Technician. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that internal users get best-in-class IT support while maintaining secure, compliant, and well-functioning endpoints. With Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and the Microsoft 365 suite as your primary tools, you’ll play an important part in creating a reliable and modern digital workplace. The role is full-time, based in Stockholm with flexibility for hybrid work.
This is a full-time consulting assignment for four months, with immediate start and work throughout the summer (including July).
Your future responsibilities
You’ll take ownership of daily IT operations with a focus on user support and device management. Expect varied and impactful tasks such as:
- Managing Windows devices via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Creating and maintaining configuration profiles and compliance policies
- Deploying applications and updates
- Supporting internal users with onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, and network support
- Administering Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, Windows Defender, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office
- Contributing to IT security by ensuring devices comply with internal policies
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation for IT procedures and systems
We are looking for someone who
Has solid experience working with Microsoft Intune and device lifecycle management. You are comfortable working in Microsoft 365 environments and providing high-quality internal IT support.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint configuration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services
- Fluent in English (Swedish and other languages are a plus)
- Able to work full-time including throughout July
You are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong service mindset.
